Since the announcement of the shocking new Intellect IB4200 battery (featuring unprecedented high capacity, high voltage, and low impedance), rumors about this new cell have spread throughout the RC racing community. There is no doubt that this new product meets the expected level of performance. Although the same Intellect IB4200, make no mistake, the "X4200IB" is a special product, as only top-graded cells selected during the production process are allowed to wear the Yokomo brand name.
However, there is a problem that needs to be addressed. During the past 2 to 3 years, the escalated battle between the battery manufacturers has resulted in new, upgraded products to be released in very short intervals. Performance has improved, but prices have also risen. This time is no different, as the substantial increase in performance has resulted in a substantial increase in cost from the factory.
We understand that trying to keep up with the advancements in performance, rush for new product, and ever increasing prices can be a struggle for any r/c enthusiast. Yokomo's mission is to provide enjoyable products to our customers, and in response to the release of this vastly improved product, we have reduced the price to help resolve any dilemmas stemming from the release of this product.

The entire line-up of option parts for the DRIFT PACKAGE are available for the user looking to upgrade.
Body shell, wheels (with pre-mounted tires), 8 AA-size batteries (for transmitter) all sold separately.
