We held the 5th Drift Dance at the Tsukuba RC Arena's Drift Grand Prix course, which now features a chic atmosphere following its renovation. Once again, we invited Hoshimiya-san from RC926 to serve as a guest judge, making for a pleasant and friendly event.
The judging area was quite long, spanning from the start on the outer left perimeter to the end of the outer right, but the corners were relatively easy to find a rhythm in, allowing for subtle adjustments and leading to a very high level of driving. All eyes were on the current two-time defending champions, ROTANG KLAN, who looked to be in peak form and finished at the top of the qualifying rounds with even more stable team drifting than before.
In the finals, Team Lambo took an early lead with a high score of 45 points, but ROTANG KLAN matched that score in their first run and then delivered a masterful performance in their second run to earn a perfect score. With the true poise of champions, they secured their third consecutive victory.
