Before You Use Our Services

Before using this online shop

Please be sure to check the following information before using our shop.

* The Yokomo Official Online Shop provides services exclusively within Japan.
We may decline to provide services if delivery cannot be arranged, even within Japan.
* Please note that we cannot accept orders shipped to overseas forwarding service providers, even if the destination is within Japan.

Regarding credit card usage

If a credit card cannot be processed due to expiration or exceeding the credit limit, the order will be canceled.
In the event of a cancellation, please either use a different credit card or reorder using cash on delivery (COD).
* Please note that orders will not be held for you to choose a different payment method.
* We do not collect old or unwanted items upon purchase of new products. Please dispose of them yourself.
* We do not provide installation or setup services for purchased products.
* If the delivery address is outside of our service area, the order will be canceled. Additionally, there may be additional shipping charges depending on the region.
* Before placing an order, please be sure to confirm whether your delivery address is within our service area and if there are any additional shipping charges.

Regarding posted information

Product images and specifications displayed on the site may differ from the actual products.
If the product is clearly different from what was ordered (e.g., due to a shipping error), please contact us so we can arrange an exchange in accordance with our policies.

Regarding outlet products

We offer older models and exhibition samples at affordable prices as outlet products. These products are classified as follows, and their warranty periods and defective product handling may differ from regular products.
Please review the information below carefully and agree to these terms before making a purchase.
■ What are outlet products?
・Clearance items
・Items with scratches or dirt on the box, product body, or accessories.
■ Notes on product stock and sales price
・Outlet product stock is limited. While we display availability, an item may already be sold out depending on the timing of your order. In such cases, your order may be canceled. The same applies if you order multiple items and we cannot fulfill the requested quantity.
・Product descriptions are based on information from when the sales began and may differ from the latest information.
・Sales may be terminated without prior notice.
・Sales prices may change depending on sales conditions. We cannot accept returns or refunds due to price changes.
■ Notes on returns and refunds
・Due to the nature of outlet products, some items may have minor scratches, dents, or other external damage. We do not accept returns or refunds for such external issues. However, we will exchange items that have functional defects that prevent operation. Thank you for your understanding.
