Yokomo is pleased to announce the team drift event "DRIFT DANCE" to be held at Tsukuba RC Park. Teams of three will compete based on the quality of their driving performance, synchronization, and more.
For DRIFT DANCE, we have received support from various manufacturers that sustain the drift category. To ensure as many users as possible can participate, there are no restrictions on the chassis or tires used. Furthermore, judging will be conducted by representatives recommended by each manufacturer, making for a relatively casual event atmosphere.

Team Drift Event DRIFT DANCE Event Overview
Date: Sunday, April 24, 2022
Venue: Tsukuba RC Arena Drift Grand Prix Course
Capacity: 200 participants
Entry Fee: ¥3,000 (Add ¥1,000 for double entry; please pay at the reception on the day of the event)
Classes:
・Drift Dance (General participation)
・Advance (For teams including manufacturer representatives)
Vehicle Regulations (Common to all classes):
Chassis: 1/10 scale RWD drift car
Tires: Commercially available 1/10 scale resin drift tires (must be made of materials and shapes that do not damage the road surface)
Body: 1/10 scale for drifting (we recommend designs that align with the image of real-world drift cars)
Competition Format
Scored based on the group driving performance of 3 members per team.
Qualifying: 1st Round (2 individual runs), 2nd Round (2 individual runs) → Top 4–8 groups selected based on best points in each class
Finals: 1st Round (2 individual runs)
Scoring: A total of 10 points each from 4 judges dispatched by the manufacturers.
