Yokomo Drift Skill-Up Support

ヨコモ ドリフト スキルアップサポート
Starting in the 2018 fiscal year, we will be launching the "Yokomo Skill-Up Support" program for Yokomo drift users.

1. What is the Yokomo Drift Skill-Up Support?

Throughout the day, Team Yokomo will provide full support for event participants struggling with drift car settings, driving techniques, and more. While we plan to hold mini-games and the like depending on the host circuit, the event is primarily focused on setting lectures.

2. Daily Schedule

First, we will distribute a "Yokomo Check Sheet" to all registered participants.
This check sheet is used to record the participant's feedback, as well as a personalized schedule tailored to each individual.

(1) Machine and Driving Check

First, participants will fill out the check sheet with their concerns and the areas they wish to improve. Afterward, Team Yokomo will test-drive the machine to provide feedback and determine the direction for improvements.

(2) Entering Lecture Topics

Once the machine check is complete, the schedule for the day will be decided.

(3) Machine Setup and Recording Setting Changes

Team Yokomo will perform machine setups, working with the participant to help them step up their performance. At the end of the day, participants will record the setting changes made that day to take home with them.

The event will follow the schedule outlined above throughout the day.

3. How to Enter?

Please provide your entry name to the hosting circuit via phone or email.

The event runs from opening to closing time, so we can accept entries starting in the afternoon depending on your availability. *This may change depending on the venue.

4. Eligible Machines

Machines must be manufactured by Yokomo or have a Yokomo chassis as the base vehicle. (Participants using optional parts from other manufacturers are welcome to join.)
