Tsukuba RC Park will have its grand reopening on October 1st. On the following weekend, Sunday, October 2nd, we will be hosting a Speed Category round race, and the recently released GT1 Class and GT1 Entry Class will be added to the categories.
We will have rental GT1 cars available on the day for those who do not yet own one so that you can still participate in the race, so please come visit us at Tsukuba RC Park!
Of course, we also welcome those who have already purchased a GT1 to participate. The regulations are as follows:
【Race Format】
■Category: Yokomo GT1 Class / Yokomo GT1 Entry Class
■Qualifying: 3-minute staggered start
■Main Race: 5-minute lap race
【Common Vehicle Regulations】
■Chassis: Yokomo new 1/12 GT1 vehicles only.
■Battery: Yokomo short-size LiPo 7.4V 3500mAh only.
■Body: Yokomo GT-style bodies or other brands' GT-style bodies are permitted.
■Total Equipment Weight: 900g or more (including transponder)
■Gears: Only the kit standard spur gear (74T) and pinion gear (17T) combination is allowed.
※Steering gyro is permitted (including third-party products).
●Yokomo GT1 Class
■ESC: Yokomo EP-6 (brushless ESC) only. Must be used in "blinky" mode (no turbo/no boost). Only Yokomo capacitors or diodes are permitted.
■Motor: Yokomo ZEROS Brushless 30.5T (YM-BLS305)
●Yokomo GT1 Entry Class
■ESC: RTR standard ESC (SCR-BL) only. Only Yokomo capacitors or diodes are permitted.
■Motor: Yokomo SS58 brush motor
※Changing connectors between the ESC and motor or direct soldering is prohibited.
