The event program for Drift Meeting Round-112, which is fast approaching this weekend, has been posted. The heats have been divided, so participants, please check your assigned run heat.
Additionally, we ask that all participants comply with the following items for the event. While usually attendees would take their seats at pit tables immediately upon opening, this time, from the perspective of preventing the spread of infectious diseases, we ask for your cooperation in registering with "Ibaraki Amabie-chan" (see below) and undergoing a temperature check before entering.
● Before Entering
・・・Please wait in your vehicle before the venue opens.
Please refrain from conversing at the entrance and wait inside your vehicle.
・・・Avoid crowding when entering.
As temperature checks and other procedures will be conducted at the entrance, we expect some wait times.
Please try to adjust your timing in your vehicle or maintain a reasonable distance while queuing.

About "Ibaraki Amabie-chan"
・・・Please have your temperature taken by the automatic system installed at the entrance.
Please note that if your temperature exceeds 37.0°C, you will not be permitted to enter, and you will not be able to participate in the event.
・・・Please sanitize your hands at the entrance.
Alcohol disinfectant will be provided at the entrance; please sanitize your hands before entering.
We also recommend frequent hand washing and sanitizing during the event.
● Inside the Venue
・・・Judges' briefings will be held while seated in the pit area.
To avoid close contact and crowding, please listen to the pre-event judges' briefing while seated in your pit.
Also, there will be no group photo, and the Concours d'Elegance judging will be conducted in the pit area as needed.
・・・Thoroughly wear your own masks.
If you do not wear a mask, you will be refused entry.
・・・Please refrain from cheering loudly or having loud conversations.
Even in the pit area, please keep your voice down to a normal conversational level.
・・・Please ensure social distancing.
The pits are designed to be used at half capacity.
Please observe the race from only the designated areas at the trackside.
・・・Eating and drinking inside the venue are permitted, but please avoid gathering while doing so and keep it as brief as possible. You may use the space on the 2nd floor of the center building; please avoid close contact while your mask is removed.
・・・In principle, please refrain from eating and drinking inside the venue.
To minimize the time masks are removed, eating and drinking inside the venue are prohibited in principle.
The 2nd-floor terrace, etc., will be open for your use.
・・・The venue will be constantly ventilated.
We will keep the center building loading bay doors and doors near the judges' seats open.
While we will run heating and ventilation, the temperature inside may be slightly lower due to natural ventilation, so please dress more warmly than usual.
