On March 20, 2022, we held Drift Meeting Round-115 at the Drift Grand Prix course at the Yatabe Arena. We were blessed with pleasant sunny weather that defied the prior forecast, marking the first Drift Meeting held on the newly renovated P-tile track surface.
Once again, we welcomed drift driver Yoichi Imamura as a judge, who provided evaluations just like those at a full-scale vehicle event. We also had Makoto Kosaka as our MC, who brought a vibrant energy to the event.
Taking advantage of the beautiful weather, we also held an "Open-Air Marche" in the parking area, featuring food trucks and handmade goods.
The course layout was inspired by Nikko Circuit, with the use of the straightaway serving as a key point.
