On February 18, 2024, we held the Drift Single Round-12 & DRIFT DANCE 14th at the Tsukuba RC Park Drift Grand Prix course. With over 100 participants in total, the event was a great success, enjoyed in unseasonably warm weather.
Recently, Team Yokomo has undergone organizational changes, and we have added new members to our drift team. Our ace driver, Kanaya, continues to lead the team, and we are entering the 2024 season with an even stronger lineup thanks to the addition of Ryoma, Kai, and Kotaro.
While the straightaway on the course was relatively short, the outer perimeter that followed required drivers to trace the outer edge while adjusting their turning arc, resulting in a more technical layout than expected.
