On Sunday, August 20, 2023, we held the Yokomo Drift Single Round-9 & DRIFT DANCE 11th at Tsukuba RC Park. This summer has seen record-breaking heat, and while temperatures were quite high on the day of the event, we were able to hold it comfortably inside the RC Park thanks to the air conditioning.
For this event, judging was conducted by Yokomo’s Serizawa as head judge, along with guest judges Hoshimiya-san from RC926 and Bagi-san. It was a difficult course set with very narrow track widths, but it resulted in a spectacular display of driving, including the tandem drift battles.
