This is a double-bearing front axle designed for use with the RD/SD/MD series. By using dual bearings to support the axle shaft, friction is distributed to minimize front tire rotational resistance. The axle shaft is made of steel but reduced to a 3mm diameter to lower rotational moment and decrease weight. This improves front-end roll during acceleration, increasing drive out of corners and preventing spins. The tread can also be adjusted by moving the spacers.
