Lightweight Flex Chassis Set for YD-2 Series

This is a lightweight flex chassis set for "Teams," the competition drift brand handled by Team Yokomo. This set includes a lightweight graphite main chassis plate and a dedicated lightweight battery holder, offering the appealing combination of appropriate rigidity to support race-ready performance and high traction.
While based on a slim and stylish design, the balance of weight and rigidity has been carefully tuned through bold cutouts and bottom-side milling. The flex balance is designed not only to increase rear traction but also to account for load on the front tires, resulting in a response that reliably corresponds to steering input.

Incorporating ideas to utilize the natural flex of the chassis material, the FR/RF suspension mounts are compatible with separate types, allowing for a configuration that does not hinder flex. Additionally, the battery holder features a compact, separate design, allowing you to maximize the use of the entire chassis plate and achieve a feel with high road-following performance, even over road surface irregularities or during extreme throttle operation.
 

※The R/Z gearbox can also be installed, but requires a dedicated upper deck and other parts.
※This is not compatible with the R-series battery position. Furthermore, if you are using the R upper deck, the upper deck post cannot be used.
※When installing on a Z chassis, the bottom of the upper deck post will interfere with the battery holder, so please cut the bottom of the post as necessary before use.
