The "YZ-2 CA" is a 2WD off-road car optimized for high-grip surfaces such as carpet and artificial turf. By switching the main gearbox to a 3-gear transmission with high drive efficiency, throttle response has been significantly improved. In addition to a transmission with a lower center of gravity than previous models, the inclusion of a lightweight body as standard equipment ensures effective countermeasures against traction rolling. This pushes the limits of cornering speed on high-grip surfaces even further, enabling overwhelming lap times. The suspension alignment offers a high degree of freedom, and by combining it with optional parts, the range of settings is expanded, making it possible to obtain driving characteristics tailored to the driver even on high-grip surfaces that can tend to be nervous.
