Introducing the new RWD drift springs produced by Team Yokomo! The clear definition of intended use, such as driving surface and desired driving feel, makes setting up your car easier. By intentionally leaving the springs unpainted, we have enhanced their functionality and ensured the material's inherent characteristics are maximized.
The direct-type front springs feature a coarse-pitch design that offers excellent response. They react sharply to steering inputs while improving maneuverability with a superior sense of road contact. Even at high speeds, they prevent understeer caused by the front end breaking loose, allowing you to captivate onlookers with an impressive, high-speed entry.
Two types are available for the rear: the Forward type and the Side Grip type. The Forward type offers excellent throttle response, providing an exhilarating sense of acceleration that pushes the machine forward with authority. It unlocks high performance for dynamic drifting. On competition layouts where exit acceleration is key, the acceleration of the Forward type provides a distinct advantage.
The Side Grip type utilizes the characteristics of a multi-coil design to provide smooth suspension movement that flexibly follows the road surface, achieving highly stable drift cornering. The unprecedented improvement in controllability makes it the best match for technical circuits. It offers high freedom in drift angles for tandem or group drifting, making it no exaggeration to call this a "tandem master" training spring.
All types are available in two versions: an "All-Round" version suitable for carpet/asphalt surfaces, and a "Soft" version suitable for P-tile/concrete surfaces, creating a lineup of 6 types of springs that covers every circuit and every surface.
