The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is a 1/10 scale (over 40cm) electric radio-control car assembly kit that recreates the ultimate drift machines, from D1 Grand Prix (professional drift championship) works cars to more accessible street-spec drift cars.
Based on the authentic competition Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis—featuring a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints—and equipped with the newly developed "Zero-One R" (PAT.P) super drift tires, these cars enable 4-wheel drifting with an overwhelming distance and angle that would put even D1 drivers to shame. Just like a real car, you can change settings or use optional parts to tune your performance, and enjoy tandem or group drifting with your friends. The exterior faithfully reproduces impressive aero parts, GT wings, aero mirrors, and the original works machine paint schemes. Combining authentic drifting performance with the appeal of a display model, the Yokomo "Drift Package" is a meticulously crafted radio-control car that condenses the charm of drifting into a fully equipped 1/10 scale package.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Features a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system that drives the front and rear axles via a shaft. Known for its responsive feel that delivers motor power directly to the wheels. Comes standard with 17 ball bearings to support the drivetrain. This improves throttle response, top-speed acceleration, and drive efficiency, extending your total run time. The front and rear gearboxes are completely sealed. This prevents dust and pebbles from entering, even when driving in dusty parking lots, and securely protects the drivetrain. Equipped with a large urethane bumper at the front to protect the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs attached to the front and rear suspension ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers are also available as optional upgrades. The front and rear suspension use the same double-wishbone style as real cars, enhancing driving quality with supple movement. The incredible low-center-of-gravity design, inherited from racing machine pedigree, provides stability during high-speed runs. The battery tray accommodates not only the straight-pack batteries included in the running sets but also high-power, square-cased lithium-polymer batteries. A spur gear cover is included as standard to protect the gears from pebbles and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing for worry-free driving in locations like parking lots. The upper arms of the front and rear suspension are adjustable turnbuckle types, allowing for infinite camber settings by changing their length. Solid axles are used for the differentials inside the front and rear gearboxes. In its initial state, it is configured with front and rear solid axles for the easiest handling, with ball differentials and a front one-way unit available as options. You can change driving characteristics depending on your chosen combination. The die-cast aluminum motor mount features heat-sink fins to efficiently dissipate heat from the motor.
