The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is an electric radio-controlled car assembly kit that reproduces at 1/10 scale (over 40cm long) both works-spec cars active at the pinnacle of drifting, the D1 Grand Prix (Pro Drift Championship), and more accessible street-spec drift cars.
Featuring the authentic competition radio-controlled Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis—equipped with four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints—along with the newly developed "Zero One R" (PAT.P) super drift tires, these cars enable four-wheel drift maneuvers that combine overwhelming drift distance and angles that rival those of D1 drivers. Furthermore, just like with real cars, you can adjust settings or tune up your vehicle with optional parts to further refine its performance, and enjoy twin drifting or group drifting with your friends. The exterior faithfully reproduces impressive aero parts, GT wings, aero mirrors, and the original paint designs of the works machines. In addition to authentic drift performance, the Yokomo "Drift Package" also offers the appeal of a display model, serving as a meticulously crafted radio-controlled car that packs the full essence of drifting into a 1/10 scale package.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Features a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system that drives the front and rear axles via a shaft. It is characterized by a responsive feel that transmits motor power directly. Standard equipment includes 17 ball bearings to support the drive system. This improves throttle response, increases top speed, and enhances drive efficiency to extend run times. The front and rear gearboxes are completely sealed. Even when driving in dusty parking lots, this prevents the ingress of dust, small stones, etc., reliably protecting the drive system. Equipped with a large urethane bumper on the front to protect the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs mounted on the front and rear suspension ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers, sold as options, can also be installed. The front and rear suspension are double-wishbone style, just like in real cars, enhancing driving quality with supple movement. The phenomenal low-center-of-gravity design, inherited from racing machine bloodlines, provides stability at high speeds. The battery tray supports not only the straight-pack batteries included in the running set but also high-power lithium-polymer batteries in square cases. A spur gear cover is standard equipment to protect the gears from small stones and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing you to enjoy driving in places like parking lots with peace of mind. The upper arms of the front and rear suspension are adjustable turnbuckle types, allowing for infinite adjustment of camber by changing their length. Solid axles are used for the differentials located within the front and rear gearboxes. In its initial state, it is configured with a front and rear solid axle combination for the easiest handling, while ball differentials and front one-way units are available as options. You can change to various driving characteristics depending on the combination. Motor mount made of die-cast aluminum. It features heat sink fins to efficiently dissipate heat from the running motor.
