The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is an electric radio-controlled car assembly kit that reproduces the pinnacle of drifting—D1 Grand Prix (Professional Drift Championship) works machines—as well as more accessible street-spec drift cars in a 1/10 scale (over 40cm long).
Equipped with a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints, the authentic competition-grade Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis, combined with the newly developed "Zero One-R" (PAT.P) super drift tires, enables four-wheel drift maneuvers that deliver the kind of overwhelming distance and angle that would put even D1 drivers to shame. Just like a real car, you can alter the settings or use optional parts to tune your performance, and enjoy twin drifting or group drifting with your friends. The exterior faithfully reproduces impressive aero parts, GT wings, aero mirrors, and the original paint designs of the works machines. With its combination of authentic drift performance and the allure of a display model, the Yokomo "Drift Package" is a meticulously crafted radio-controlled car that packs the full thrill of drifting into a 1/10 scale.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Features a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system that powers the front and rear axles via a driveshaft, characterized by a responsive feel that transmits motor power directly. Standard equipment includes 17 ball bearings to support the drivetrain, which improve throttle response, increase top speed, and extend running time by enhancing drive efficiency. The front and rear gearboxes are completely sealed to prevent the entry of dust and small pebbles, reliably protecting the drivetrain even when driving in dusty parking lots. Equipped with a large urethane bumper on the front to protect the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs mounted on the front and rear suspension ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers, sold as options, can also be installed. The front and rear suspension systems are double-wishbone style, just like those on real cars, enhancing driving quality with their smooth movement. A phenomenal low-center-of-gravity design inherited from racing machine lineage provides stability during high-speed driving. The battery tray supports not only the straight-pack batteries included in the running sets but also high-power, square-case lithium-polymer batteries. Also comes standard with a spur gear cover to protect the gears from small pebbles and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing you to drive in parking lots with peace of mind. The upper arms of the front and rear suspension are adjustable turnbuckle types, allowing for stepless camber adjustment by changing their length. Solid axles are used for the differentials located within the front and rear gearboxes. The initial setup features a front and rear solid axle combination for the easiest handling, with ball differentials and front one-way units available as options. Depending on your configuration, you can change the driving characteristics in various ways. The motor mount is made of die-cast aluminum with heat sink fins to efficiently dissipate heat from the motor.
