The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is a 1/10 scale (over 40cm) electric radio-controlled car assembly kit that reproduces the factory-spec machines active in the pinnacle of drifting—the D1 Grand Prix (Professional Drift Championship)—as well as more accessible street-spec drift cars.
Featuring the authentic competition-grade Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis—equipped with a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints—along with newly developed "Zero One R" (PAT.P) super-drift tires, this car achieves four-wheel drifting with overwhelming distance and angles that rival the skills of D1 drivers. Just like a real car, you can change the settings or tune it with optional parts to further refine its performance, allowing you to enjoy twin drifting or group drifting sessions with your friends. The exterior features powerful aerodynamic parts, a GT wing, aero mirrors, and a faithful reproduction of the original factory machine paint design. Combining authentic drift performance with the allure of a display model, the Yokomo "Drift Package" is a precision radio-controlled car that packs the full appeal of drifting into a 1/10 scale package.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Adopts a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system that drives the front and rear axles via a shaft. It features a responsive feel that transmits motor power directly to the ground. Comes standard with 17 ball bearings supporting the drivetrain. These improve throttle response, increase top-end speed, and boost drive efficiency to extend your run time. The front and rear gearboxes are fully sealed. This prevents dust and small pebbles from entering, even when driving in dusty parking lots, ensuring the protection of the drivetrain. Equipped with a large urethane bumper at the front to protect the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs attached to the front and rear suspension ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers, sold as options, can also be installed. The front and rear suspension feature the same style of double-wishbone design as real cars, enhancing driving quality with smooth, supple movement. The phenomenal low-center-of-gravity design, inherited from its racing bloodline, provides stability during high-speed driving. The battery tray supports not only the straight-pack batteries included in running sets but also high-power, square-cased lithium-polymer batteries. Also comes standard with a spur gear cover to protect the gears from pebbles and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing you to enjoy driving in locations like parking lots with peace of mind. The front and rear suspension upper arms are of the adjustable turnbuckle type, allowing for stepless camber adjustment by changing their length. Solid axles are used for the differentials inside the front and rear gearboxes. In its initial state, it is configured with a front/rear solid axle combination for the easiest handling, with ball differentials and front one-way units available as options. Depending on the combination, you can change the driving characteristics in various ways. Aluminum die-cast motor mount. Its heat-sink fin shape efficiently dissipates heat from the motor.
