The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is an electric radio-controlled car assembly kit that reproduces at 1/10 scale (over 40cm long) both the works-spec machines active at the pinnacle of drifting, the D1 Grand Prix (Professional Drift Championship), and more familiar street-spec drift cars.
Featuring the authentic competition-grade Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis—equipped with a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints—along with the newly developed "ZERO-ONE R" super drift tires (PAT.P), these models make true four-wheel drifting possible, achieving a level of distance and angle that rivals professional D1 drivers. Just like a real car, you can adjust the settings or enhance performance with optional parts to further refine your driving, and enjoy twin drifting or group drifting with your friends. The exterior faithfully reproduces impressive aero parts, GT wings, aero mirrors, and the original paint designs of the works machines. Combining authentic drift performance with the allure of a display model, the Yokomo "Drift Package" is a meticulously crafted radio-controlled car that condenses the fascination of drifting into a fully-equipped 1/10 scale package.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Adopts a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system where the front and rear axles are driven by a shaft. Characterized by a responsive feel that transmits motor power directly. Standard-equipped with 17 ball bearings to support the drivetrain. This improves throttle response, increases top speed, and enhances drive efficiency to extend running time. The front and rear gearboxes are completely sealed. This prevents the entry of dust and pebbles, reliably protecting the drivetrain even when driving in dusty parking lots. Equipped with a large urethane front bumper. Protects the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs attached to the front and rear suspensions ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers, sold separately, can also be installed. The front and rear suspensions are double-wishbone style, the same as on real cars. Their supple movement enhances the quality of the drive. The astonishing low-center-of-gravity design, inherited from racing machine bloodlines, provides stability at high speeds. The battery tray supports not only the straight-pack batteries included in the running set but also high-power rectangular-cased lithium-polymer batteries. A spur gear cover is standard-equipped to protect the gears from pebbles and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing you to drive in parking lots with peace of mind. The upper arms of the front and rear suspensions are adjustable turnbuckle types, allowing for stepless camber adjustment by changing their length. Solid axles are used for the differentials housed within the front and rear gearboxes. The initial configuration uses the easiest-to-control front and rear solid axle combination, with ball differentials and front one-way units available as options. You can change the driving characteristics in various ways depending on the combination. The motor mount is made of die-cast aluminum. It features heat-sink fins to efficiently dissipate heat from the running motor. An eccentric motor cam allows for fine-tuning of the gear mesh.*The photos are for assembly reference.
