The Yokomo "Drift Package" series is an electric radio-controlled car assembly kit that reproduces both professional D1 Grand Prix works-spec drift cars and more accessible street-spec drift cars at a 1/10 scale (over 40cm long).
Featuring the authentic competition-grade Yokomo "MR-4TC SD CM" chassis—equipped with a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension, a high-efficiency shaft-drive full-time 4WD system, and front/rear spool joints—along with the newly developed "Zero One R" (PAT.P) super drift tires, these cars enable four-wheel drifting with the same overwhelming distance and angle as a D1 driver. Just like a real car, you can change the settings or tune it with optional parts to further refine its performance, allowing you to enjoy twin drifting or group drifting with friends. The exterior faithfully replicates powerful aero parts, GT wings, aero mirrors, and the original works machine paint designs. Combining serious drift performance with the appeal of a display model, the Yokomo "Drift Package" is a meticulously crafted radio-controlled car that condenses the thrill of drifting into a fully-equipped 1/10 scale package.

CHASSIS ZOOM UP
Features a shaft-drive full-time 4WD system that powers the front and rear axles via a shaft, providing a highly responsive feel that transfers motor power directly to the ground. Comes standard with 17 ball bearings supporting the drivetrain, which improves throttle response, increases top speed, and boosts drive efficiency to extend run times. The front and rear gearboxes are fully sealed, protecting the drivetrain from dust, small stones, and debris, even when driving in dusty parking lots. Equipped with a large urethane front bumper to protect the chassis from damage in the event of a crash. Precision dampers and springs mounted on the front and rear suspension ensure exceptionally high traction. High-precision aluminum oil dampers are also available as optional upgrades. The front and rear suspension use a double-wishbone style, identical to that of a real car, for smooth movement that enhances driving quality. The phenomenal low-center-of-gravity design, inherited from racing machine lineage, provides stability at high speeds. The battery tray is compatible with both the straight-pack batteries included in running sets and high-power square-cased lithium-polymer batteries. A spur gear cover comes standard to protect the gears from small stones and dust kicked up by the tires, allowing you to drive in parking lots with peace of mind. The upper arms of the front and rear suspension are adjustable turnbuckle types, allowing for stepless camber adjustment by changing their length. The differentials inside the front and rear gearboxes utilize solid axles. The initial configuration uses a front/rear solid axle combination for the easiest handling, with optional ball differentials or front one-way units available. You can change the driving characteristics depending on your chosen combination. The aluminum die-cast motor mount features heat-sink fins to efficiently dissipate heat from the motor.
