　Incorporating "Teams" parts for competition developed by Team Yokomo, this new complete kit, the Teams Edition, significantly enhances the combat effectiveness of the YD-2RX.

　While based on the RX's rear-motor configuration known for high rear traction, the use of the Teams main chassis also ensures a superior sense of front-end tracking. This provides not only sharp, responsive initiations but also improved control during cornering.

　We have also focused on suspension movement, fully tuning the SLF Big Bore shocks. By adopting Teams tapered shock pistons, titanium-coated shock shafts, and high-grade O-rings, and combining them with the latest drift springs, we have created a smooth, competitive suspension setup.

　Other features include brass rear suspension mounts to boost rear traction, a lightweight integrated bulkhead to reduce front-end weight, and a lightweight slide rack, all designed with careful consideration for weight balance.

Changes from the YD-2RX kit

A chassis balance that builds on the RX’s rear motor for superior rear traction while also emphasizing front traction to increase steering responsiveness.

　The front end is finished with lightweight components, including a graphite bumper and a milled, lightweight integrated bulkhead.

We have selected the latest steering rack rail, which has been machined for weight reduction. This helps prevent the front tires from catching while contributing to improved steering response.

The Teams main chassis features characteristics that prioritize load distribution to the front as well as the rear. While designed with a focus on functionality, it also sports a stylish look thanks to milling work and a slim silhouette.

A major draw is its compatibility with vertical battery mounting, which can suppress excessive roll even with a supple suspension setup. The battery holder is a separate type, allowing the chassis to flex naturally and grip the road surface effectively.

Secures overwhelming rear traction with the weight of the motor mounted in the overhang.

The front and rear springs are the drift-specific all-round direct type D-177FA (front) and the side-grip type D-179RA (rear).

The dampers, which are vital for driving performance, are also fully tuned. Finished with fluorine rubber diaphragms, titanium-coated shock shafts, Teams tapered pistons, and high-grade O-rings—all essential items for high-end users.
