MRTC-YD2

　The popular "YD-2" rear-wheel drive machine has been modified into a touring car, marking the birth of a new category: the RWD touring car! This newly released machine offers agile handling and responsive acceleration, allowing you to easily enjoy the thrill of on-road driving. Its double wishbone suspension provides high traction and enables stable performance. With steering components newly designed for on-road use, it zips through corners with ease.

Key Features

　Equipped with height-adjustable oil shocks and dedicated on-road springs, this car achieves a high level of cornering performance. The front suspension arms are of the H-arm type to increase rigidity.

　The YD-2 TC features a custom-designed aluminum steering center link, set to the ideal Ackermann ratio for on-road driving. Being made of aluminum, it also enhances steering response.

　The narrow-scrub steering hub carriers provide neutral steering characteristics. Additionally, aluminum clamp-type wheel hubs are used both front and rear to improve tire rotation precision and maximize grip.

　The battery compartment supports standard straight-pack batteries as well as short-size Li-po batteries.

　By utilizing a stand-up 4-gear transmission, the balance is optimized for rear-wheel drive. Naturally, the transverse motor layout prevents left-right balance issues caused by counter-torque, and the design further increases rear traction when the throttle is applied.

　The rear suspension also features a double wishbone structure. There are multiple mounting positions for the upper arms, allowing for a wide range of setup adjustments.

　The sealed gearbox provides high dust resistance, making it ideal for driving in parking lots or other dusty areas. A gear differential is used for the rear, allowing you to change driving characteristics by adjusting the viscosity of the oil inside.
