The main chassis is 2.4mm thick, but with weight-saving cutouts throughout, the rigidity has been fine-tuned to enhance steering response without compromising the signature handling of the RD2.0. While the chassis is exclusively for short-size Li-po batteries, using the DRB-118LA holder in addition to the standard holder allows you to mount the battery even further back, right up against the gearbox.
