This is an aluminum motor mount with a heat sink design compatible with the YD-2R, which is the rear-motor version of the YD-2, and other rear-motor conversion kits. Compared to the standard motor mount, it features cooling fins that increase the surface area, thereby enhancing heat dissipation. This item is especially ideal for rear-motor configurations where airflow is restricted during operation.
It features 7 mounting positions on the gearbox, allowing the motor height to be adjusted around the top shaft axis. With an additional mounting hole that allows for an even lower motor position than the 6-step adjustment of the standard YD-2R, it offers a wider range of setting options.
