The "ZERO-S" series is a basic brushless motor designed for drifting. We now offer red and purple anodized versions, which have been frequently requested by our users, making them a perfect match for the colors of the YD-2 series.
While it features a slightly torque-oriented power output, it offers a smoother throttle feel than previous models, significantly enhancing ease of handling in the low-to-mid speed range. This setup makes traction control easier when cornering and accelerating onto straights in RWD drifting.
The motor case is equipped with minimal cooling holes to promote the cooling effect that is essential for drift driving, and the design features a striking contrast between the anodized center case and the beveled edges on the end bell. It is reasonably priced and comes with the connection wires pre-installed. This is a basic motor that we can recommend to everyone, from beginners to advanced drivers.
