The YRX12 has been upgraded to the 2019 season specification! It increases cornering speed to achieve a dramatic improvement in lap times. The new aluminum main chassis comes as standard. It promotes a lower center of gravity, which is crucial for high-grip circuits, and features milling to induce appropriate roll. The pitching damper has also been positioned further forward to improve steering response. Leveraging the YRX12's signature high rear traction, it enables quick handling that reduces excessive steering input, allowing for an optimal cornering posture. To handle the ever-increasing speeds of recent years, the front body mount has been moved forward. This suppresses body flex and effectively harnesses downforce. By installing the body mount on a separate graphite plate rather than the main chassis, road interference at the overhang is significantly reduced, eliminating unnecessary braking effects in corners and allowing for smoother turning. The YRX12 is a competition racing car making a fresh start for the 2019 season. With a new dimension of cornering force, it will carve through the track with sharpness!

Equipped as standard with hard-type suspension arms designed for high-speed driving. In addition to the highly track-responsive double wishbone type, it can be converted to a kingpin & coil type, which offers high stability and ease of setting.

The front suspension type can be easily changed by swapping spacers and springs. Since it can be adjusted quickly to suit road surface conditions, the range of settings is greatly expanded.

The front body mount has been moved forward to suppress body flex when subjected to downforce, allowing for efficient aerodynamic driving. Furthermore, by installing the body mount plate above the main chassis, it prevents the chassis overhang from interfering with the road surface, enabling cornering without unnecessary speed loss.

The mounting position of the pitching damper has been moved toward the front to optimize front-end loading at the corner entry. Improving steering response and turning ability leads to better lap times. The cylinder is treated with Kashima Coat to reduce excess friction, achieving ideal shock-absorbing performance.

Roll is controlled by a high-capacity friction shock, raising the limits of cornering. In modern 1/12 scale racing where tires have low aspect ratios, roll control is the key to increasing rear traction. The YRX12 balances rear stability and high turning capability to the extreme, unlocking overwhelming cornering speeds.

The rear bulkhead, common to the YRX12 series, achieves an ultimate low center of gravity. By suppressing rear roll, it gains high maneuverability.

Large-diameter ball differential compatible with high-speed driving. It is easy to maintain light and smooth operation for long periods, allowing for stable turning even during an 8-minute race. By using a highly durable thrust-type bearing, a delicate yet tough differential is achieved.

The aluminum main chassis comes as standard. By setting the center of gravity low, the risk of traction rolls on high-grip surfaces can be reduced. Milling is applied to the sides of the chassis to set an appropriate amount of chassis roll.
