　The top-tier RWD drift car is finally here! Introducing the YD-2ZX, the flagship model that sits at the pinnacle of the YD-2 series. 　It features a graphite double-deck chassis based on a supple, high-traction main chassis. By changing the steering servo mounting method to the chassis side and adopting a flexible upper deck design, we have achieved a smooth steering feel without hindering the flex of the main chassis. 　Equipped with a high-heat-dissipating special motor mount on the Z-spec gearbox, the motor is set in a high-mount position. This allows the battery to be relocated to the rearmost position, moving heavy components closer to the rear axle to increase traction without compromising performance. The machine is lavishly equipped with high-quality aluminum parts, including a front bulkhead, suspension mounts, shock towers, and big-bore shocks, resulting in a high-spec configuration.

The front comes standard with a milled, lightweight bulkhead. Extensive use of aluminum options dramatically increases rigidity.

The steering slide rack also utilizes the latest lightweight rail specification to enhance steering response.

The lower arm adapters and steering stoppers are also upgraded to aluminum, improving performance through the reduction of unsprung weight.

By using a dedicated servo mount and servo horn, the servo is fixed directly to the chassis. This method prevents the chassis from twisting as it would if connected to the upper deck, allowing for a more neutral steering characteristic.

Due to clearance constraints, the steering servo is exclusively for low-profile servos (servo stay height is approximately 17mm).

The upper deck has been boldly milled to provide supple characteristics. It matches well with the high-traction chassis, enabling smooth cornering without catching, especially at the front end.

A high-traction chassis that emphasizes flexibility. It offers excellent front-to-rear traction balance, with the added benefit of being lightweight.

Although restricted by the upper deck, it is possible to select from 7 motor positions pivoting around the top shaft.

The battery is set back into the space underneath the motor, a layout designed with rear-weight distribution in mind, which is critical for an RWD drift car.

The front and rear shocks are fully tuned for smooth and stable operation. They feature a perfect combination of fluorine rubber diaphragms, high-grade O-rings, and titanium-coated shock shafts. They are paired with drift-specific springs: D-177FA (Direct Type, All-Round) for the front, and D-179RA (Side Grip Type, All-Round) for the rear.

The Z-series gearbox offers excellent maintainability. The differential utilizes a lightweight gear diff with an aluminum axle.
