　The YD-4, a car that dominates the top rankings at events everywhere thanks to its exceptional performance and stability, now has an aggressively modified new successor: the "YD-4 MR". 　Based on a chassis, upper deck, and shock towers made of stylish matte-finish carbon fiber, the car features beautiful, high-quality detailing. By mounting the motor in a rear-midship position and shifting the center of gravity slightly further back than before, the car produces a dynamic, powerful effect when swinging out the rear. The weight balance, perfected through rigorous testing, suppresses the return of the drift during cornering, allowing for driving at even deeper angles. 　With the addition of the more aggressive YD-4 MR to the stable-performing standard YD-4, we have completed a lineup that covers a wide range of drifting styles!

　The front and rear shocks feature resin-cylinder height-adjustable units. Held in place by 4mm-thick high-rigidity carbon stays, they ensure reliable operation and absorb shocks from the track surface. Furthermore, the car is equipped with multi-wound long springs optimized for drifting, which enhance traction and enable realistic, weighty movement.

　The aluminum steering rack is treated with a lubricating hard coat, ensuring smooth and precise operation. Naturally, the slide rack creates an optimal Ackerman ratio, drawing out the front-end "driving feel" that is essential for competition drifting.

　By mounting the motor in the rear-midship position, the car creates an impressive, dynamic rear swing-out. Concentrating the heavy components improves stability after swinging out the rear, allowing for quick and dynamic drifting while maintaining a stable drift angle.

　The short-size battery can be moved forward or backward, allowing drivers to choose their preferred weight distribution. In addition to short-size Li-Po batteries, the battery holder position can be adjusted to accommodate full-size batteries. The main chassis, upper deck, and front/rear shock towers are made of premium-quality matte carbon fiber for a sleek, sophisticated look.
