This is a high-capacity capacitor designed for use with brushless motor ESCs to provide power assistance during rapid acceleration. It offers significantly higher capacity than standard capacitors typically included with ESCs, allowing you to maximize your battery's performance. When racing in stock categories—particularly when using ESC boost or turbo settings—the battery voltage can momentarily drop during acceleration, leading to a loss of power. By installing this capacitor, you can supplement the power supply to improve acceleration. It features enhanced discharge characteristics compared to conventional high-capacity capacitors, providing a highly responsive feel; it is an especially recommended item for stock category touring cars and off-road vehicles.
*Note: When mounting this to your vehicle, please ensure it is properly insulated (e.g., by using thick double-sided tape) to prevent the terminal board where the wires emerge from coming into contact with aluminum or carbon parts, which could cause a short circuit.
*Note: Because this is a high-capacity capacitor, please be aware that it may become hot if used with low-turn modified motors.
