A new series is coming to the Racing Performer DX series, highly popular as brushless motors for drifting! Clad in vibrant colored anodized aluminum, the DX2 series features the high-RPM Type-R specification and will be released simultaneously in four colors—blue, purple, red, and black—with three turn counts each, ranging from 11.5T to 15.5T.
The motor's performance is already proven, as evidenced by Team Yokomo's KAI, who won the world-class WTDC drift event held in Malaysia last year using the DX2 11.5T prototype. The 13.5T, which is slightly milder and easier to use on P-tile surfaces, and the even more torque-rich 15.5T, both feature adjusted rotor sizes to fine-tune their power delivery.
The rotor is equipped with a reinforcing ring to prevent magnet breakage, providing higher durability than previous models. A 200mm sensor wire is included.
