The defining feature of the DCS series is that it is manufactured using racing materials in pursuit of high efficiency and high precision, with an uncompromising focus on everything from gear roundness to tooth shape. However, in standard general-purpose spur gears, the center hole is made slightly larger to accommodate attachment to various manufacturers' products, making it difficult to achieve true precision regardless of how high the roundness is. In this case, we have focused specifically on ensuring the hole diameter and precision are a perfect fit for the spur gear holders on Yokomo machines.
