This is the "ZERO-S" series, a basic brushless motor for drifting. We have also added red and purple color-anodized versions, which have been frequently requested by users, making them a perfect match for the colors of the YD-2 series.
While featuring output characteristics with a slight torque bias, the motor offers a smoother throttle feel than previous models, significantly improving ease of handling in the low-to-mid speed ranges. This configuration makes traction control easier when cornering and accelerating out of turns in RWD drifting.
The motor case is designed with minimal cooling holes to promote the cooling effect that is crucial for drift driving, and features a high-contrast design with an anodized center case and beveled edges on the end bell. It is reasonably priced and comes with connection wires pre-installed. This is a basic motor that we can recommend to everyone, from beginners to advanced drivers.
